As a sponsor, you’ll have the platform to showcase your thought leadership, share your expertise, and provide actionable insights through real-world examples, practical takeaways, and innovative solutions. Your webinar will not only be free for attendees, driving high registration, but it will also be featured in CEC’s Learning Library for a full year, ensuring your message reaches a broad and diverse audience long after the live event.
With this sponsorship, you can elevate your brand and make a meaningful impact in the special education community.
Explore what’s included in your sponsorship:
- Educational Webinar:
- One (1) 60-minute educational webinar presented by a representative(s) of the sponsoring organization.
- Sponsor recognition during the webinar with your company logo, and a 50-word audio read of your company/product description.
- Promotion and Marketing:
- Webinar promoted by CEC through various marketing channels to our members and subscribers.
- Sponsor’s logo and URL link featured on relevant CEC website pages and other marketing communications.
- Extended Reach:
- Webinar recordings will be included in CEC’s Learning Library for 12 months, providing extended visibility.
- Post-Webinar Engagement and Attendee List:
- One (1) email sent by CEC to registrants after the event with content provided by the sponsor (only available for live webinars).
- CEC will provide the registered attendee list post-webinar for an agreed-upon one-time use by our sponsor.
- Additional Resources:
- Opportunity to provide additional learning materials, job aids, reference materials, etc.
- Technical Support:
- CEC will run the webinar on our platform to ensure a smooth and professional experience.
Webinar Promotion
CEC will include the promotion of your webinar in CEC's Special Education TODAY (SET) Newsletters in the month leading up to your webinar date. CEC will send (1) dedicated email promotion about your sponsored webinar.
Webinar Topics
CEC prioritizes topics that align with its mission to improve the educational success of individuals with disabilities. If you are interested in sponsoring a webinar for our community, our PD team will be happy to collaborate with you to select a relevant and engaging topic for our audience. Pricing
- $3,750 per live webinar
- $1,000 per recorded webinar straight to the Learning Library* for one year
- $2,500 for package of 3 recorded webinars
ADD-ON OPPORTUNITY:
$250 promotional ad in the Learning Library highlight carousel for one month (See below)
*NOTE: These are not sales pitch videos. All pre-recorded audio/video content must be approved by CEC and provide practical educational content. All pre-recorded and live webinars must have their content outline approved too. This may be in the form of a best practice, case study, industry issue(s), innovative solution, Q&A or panel discussion.
Should a registered webinar attendee request accessibility accommodations, the sponsor will have the option to pay CEC $300 to secure services OR secure and provide services on own.
